A lot of what we photograph is birthday parties — which means a lot of what ends up in our portfolio can include photos of children. Silence isn't consent. If you don't want your child's photo used publicly, just tell us, and we won't use it. We do not run targeted advertising or tracking aimed at children, and we don't build any kind of profile based on a child's data. For adult customers, the same principle applies to your own photos and reviews — we use them for the purpose you agreed to, and you can ask us to stop using them for future promotion at any time.
